What’s good, Betz crew? The tournament continues to be brutal towards my appetite for seeing upsets. The good news is that I limited my losses yesterday to the Elite 8 games and my picks outside the sports were 2-0. We ended the day .500 and are building some momentum. You can’t deny it.
I don’t need to bore you with any more details, let’s get to the Monday night action.

- TCU vs Texas – TCU + 7.5
Hailey Van Lith put together an impressive performance in her Sweet 16 game and continues to be one of the best players in the tournament. This will obviously be a heated game in this inter-Texas matchup. TCU has enough talent to win this one outright. - USC vs UConn – USC +14.5
USC barely hung on in their Sweet 16 round against Kansas St., while UConn ran away in their game with a second half run. USC will have an uphill battle continuing on this tournament run without Juju Watkins, but I think that they have enough talent there to keep this one close. - Flyers vs Predators – Flyers -125
The Flyers have been showing some impressive life since the firing of John Tortorella and have rattled off two wins in a row. I believe in these Flyers and especially against this rough Preds team. The Flyers will win tonight. Take it to the bank. - Rockets vs Lakers – Rockets +3.5
The Rockets have been on an offensive run recently with three games straight above 120 points and 148 in their last game. While the Lakers continue to be one of Vegas’ favorite teams, the Rockets are not a team to mess with. I anticipate that the Rockets win this one outright.
