Okay, folks, we continue to roll on during baseball and tournament season, and if you haven’t jumped on the Betz bandwagon yet, let me just say—your friends are already a step ahead of you. You know that friend who constantly complains that he doesn’t get invited to hangouts with the boys? Well, that’s probably you and your friends are probably already on Betz. Will the obnoxious tournament coverage of Cooper Flagg finally come to an end? I don’t care what anybody says, this Duke team is as hateable as any team under K, and this UNC household is ready to put some action on them losing today. Don’t believe so? Feel free to offer me a ML bet and end the day with your wallet a little bit lighter. Here’s something I would never say during football season: let’s go Bama! - Texas Tech Red Raiders vs. Florida – Can the Raiders Pull Off the Upset?
Betz users are not giving Texas Tech a chance today against the Florida Gators. The line has moved all the way back to +400 or +6.5 for TT as the underdogs. Personally, I am disgusted with the lack of upsets in this tournament. I will be rooting for the Red Raiders and hopefully we can finally start to make this tournament fun. - Mike Trout—Will He Hit His First Home Run Today?
I tell myself every year that the Angels have a chance as long as they still have Mike Trout. Well, the season kicked off for the Halos on Thursday and Mike Trout didn’t record his first hit and the team lost by the slimmest of 8-1 margins. I am backing Mike Trout today to get his first home run (and hit) of the season today against Jonathan Cannon on the bump. Hell, he may even get two or three. Join me on Mike Trout +105 to hit over .5 home runs today. - USC vs. the World – Can They Make A Run Without Juju?
Onto the women’s bracket, we have USC playing their first game after the injury of star player, Juju Watkins, on Monday. The team responded against Mississippi State with a lot of passion and completed the rout. Kansas State is coming off an OT game against Kentucky on Sunday where they squeaked out the one point win. USC is my school and I have no doubts that Lindsay Gottlieb and the Trojans will continue playing well. I have them winning easily at -1.5 to set up the rematch against UConn in the Elite Eight.
